Looking for counseling is a feature of spirit and power because it's a considerable step to start control your mental health and build the life you dreamed of, a life which is worth living.
How long does a counseling session last?
Counseling session lengths can be modified to best meet your scheduling and symptomatic needs. This is something we will discuss in an initial consultation.
Is counseling confidential?
All counseling sessions are strictly confidential. My confidentiality procedures are something I am happy to go into detail about during a consultation.
How often will I have sessions?
During our initial consultation, we'll discuss the schedule that fits your needs the best. Typically, we'll set up a specific date and time to meet once or twice a week. Based on your treatment, a higher frequency of sessions may be offered.
Do you prescribe medication?
I do not prescribe medication. If I believe medication would be something to discuss, I am happy to refer you to a licensed professional.
