Meet Pam
Hi, my name is Pam and I am a mother, daughter, wife, empath, dog-mom, friend, and psychotherapist - maybe not in that order. In my past life, I have been a teacher, family assistance advisor for low-income families, and worked in an addiction facility. All of my experiences have led me to serve my passion of helping others navigate troubling situations. I offer confidential counseling for you to explore your deepest fears, heaviest emotions, and confusing experiences in a space that is free of judgment or shame. I can support you with my extensive experience in helping individuals struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and self-harm. I offer expertise in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Talk Therapy.
Meet Baxter
Therapy is hard work. Let Baxter, our resident emotional support dog, snuggle you through the process. Baxter is always excited to come to work and has never met a stranger he didn’t like. Did you know petting animals can help lower your blood pressure during counseling sessions? Over time, bonding may support oxytocin production, a key to repairing the body and immune system after stress and trauma.
